More often than not it takes home life to be in check to get you to lose that weight and eat well. By simply making a few small changes, this can be done very effectively and without too much upset to everyone involved.

Sports Nutrition

Many athletes and sports persons get so caught up in trainng that they neglect their own nutritional health. You are not going to run an Aston Martin Vanquish on vegetable oil, it needs the right fuel. Our activity needs, have to be met in order for us to repair and recover quicker than someone just simply looking to lose weight and lose a few inches. As athletes we need to get this fuelling and timing right, to get the absolute edge.

Weight Loss

Losing weight is the bain of most of our lives. We struggle to shift the excess and it also reaches the point where we hit that Plateau and just can’t get to the next set of digits on the scale. Well that’s what I do here. I super blast and metabolise those pounds with simple to follow programs, but moreover in huge smiles and sense of accomplishments.

About Jason

Jason is a Competitive Men’s Physique Athlete, having competed in the RIBBF/WBFMA/NIFMA/Ultimate Physiques UK and Ultimate Physiques Ireland. He has won several shows, including two world, European and Irish titles. Jason is a 5th degree Black Belt (Godan) in Traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Aikido and a 1st degree Black Belt (Shodan) in Karate. He has represented Ireland in worldwide Martial Arts Events/Seminars.

He has worked with many award winning olympic athletes, boxers, martial artists, celebrities, and professional and amateur sports teams in helping them win through increased performance. Jason is also a winning coach for many corporate performance programmes, working with many companies in Ireland and abroad.

Jason holds diplomas in Sports Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Diet and Metabolism and holds an honours degree in Training and Education.
